Child Leave to Remain/Settlement

 This comes under the private life route, and this immigration route provides an opportunity for children who to apply for leave to remain/ settlement.  The Child has a claim to settlement after 5 years of leave under the route or if born in the UK can apply for settlement under the route after 7 years.
