Spouse/Partner Visa
If you are married or in a relationship with a British citizen or someone who is settled in the UK and wish to reside in the UK with them, you can apply for a spouse/partner visa subject to meeting certain requirements.
Your relationship will need to fall within one of the following categories:

You are in a civil partnership or marriage that is recognised in the UK

You have been living together in a relationship for at least 2 years when you apply

You are a fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil partner and will marry or enter into a civil partnership in the UK within 6 months of arriving

You have been in a relationship for at least 2 years when you apply but you cannot live together, for example because you’re working or studying in different places, or it is not accepted in your culture
The other requirements you will need to meet when applying are:

Satisfy the Home Office that you are in a genuine and subsisting relationship

Meet the financial requirements

Meet the English language requirement

Have suitable accommodation in the UK for you and partner to reside in

Applying from outside the UK: £1938
Applying from inside the UK: £1321
You would also need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge which is £1035 per year
